How often do you come out?

Visit frequency depends on your plan: Yard treatments (Mosquito/Tick) are scheduled 7 times per season. Exterior pest control is bi-monthly. Interior maintenance is also bi-monthly year-round. All visits are perfectly spaced to ensure a continuous barrier of protection.

Do I need to be home for service?

In most cases, no. Yard and exterior treatments are completed while you go about your day. We only require indoor access if you have selected a plan that includes interior maintenance. We will always communicate ahead of time to ensure you're aware of our visit.

Is the treatment safe for my pets?

Yes. Every product we use is applied professionally and strictly according to label directions. We provide clear guidance for every visit, including when it's safe for your furry friends to re-enter the treated yard (usually once the application is dry).

What if I see a bug between visits?

Our Full Protection Bundle includes unlimited free emergency re-services. If pests appear inside your home or in the yard between scheduled visits, just call us and we’ll be out within 24-48 hours to take care of it at no extra charge.

Is there a long-term contract?

We believe in earning your business every visit. While our plans are designed for seasonal or year-round efficacy, we do not lock you into long-term contracts. You can cancel your service at any time if you aren't 100% satisfied.
