1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at bottihomes.com or engaging the services of Botti Lawn Care LLC (“Botti Lawn Care,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Botti Lawn Care LLC offers residential and commercial services including, but not limited to:

• Lawn care and maintenance
• Pest control treatments
• Landscaping design and installation
• Home improvement and renovation
• Hardscaping and outdoor living

Specific services, pricing, and availability may vary. All service details will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Service Agreements & Scheduling

All service engagements are subject to a written estimate or service agreement provided by Botti Lawn Care. Scheduling is subject to availability, weather conditions, and seasonal demand. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your preferred dates and times.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather, unsafe conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as practicable of any changes.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

Pricing for services will be provided via written estimate prior to work commencement. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is due upon completion of services unless a different arrangement has been agreed to in writing.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other methods as communicated at the time of service. Late payments may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

5. Cancellation Policy

For recurring or subscription-based services, cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice. Written notice may be provided via email to info@bottihomes.com or by mail to our business address.

For one-time services, cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in (for example, by checking a consent box on our website or replying with a keyword), you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Botti Lawn Care LLC at the phone number you provided.

Types of Messages

Messages may include appointment reminders, service updates and confirmations, promotional offers, seasonal specials, and follow-up communications related to your account or inquiry.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You can typically expect to receive 2–8 messages per month.

Rates & Fees

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Botti Lawn Care is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Botti Lawn Care LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, or acts of government.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Somerset County, New Jersey.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
