Botti Lawn Care LLC, doing business as Botti Home Services (“we”, “us” or “our”), operates bottihomes.com and provides lawn care, pest control, landscaping and home improvement services in Bernardsville, New Jersey and the surrounding towns. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it.
Mobile information and text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers.

Information we collect
We only collect what we need in order to quote and perform work at your property.
- Information you give us directly. Your name, phone number, email if you choose to give it, service address, the services you are asking about, when you would like the work done, and any notes you type into a quote request.
- Information from communication. Notes from calls, texts, chat and emails about your property and the work performed.
- Basic technical information. Standard web server information such as browser type and pages viewed, used only to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
We do not collect payment card details through this website.
How we use it
- To respond to a quote request and to schedule and perform service.
- To contact you about your own property, appointments, applications and work in progress.
- To send service related text messages and emails where you have given consent.
- To send marketing text messages about seasonal offers and service updates only where you have given separate consent for that.
- To keep records of work performed on your property, including lawn and pest applications we are required to record under New Jersey law.
How we share it
We share information only where it is necessary to run the business:
- Service providers who operate our scheduling, customer relationship and messaging systems on our behalf.
- Suppliers or trade partners where a job requires it, and only the detail needed to complete that job.
- Where the law requires it.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers.
We do not sell your information. We do not buy or sell leads. We have no affiliate arrangements involving your information.
Text message consent
If you tick a consent box on our quote form, you are agreeing to receive text messages from Botti Home Services at the number you provided. There are two separate boxes, one for messages about your quote and your service and one for marketing messages, and neither is ever pre selected. Consent is never a condition of getting a quote or of receiving service. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Live chat
The chat on this website is answered by our team, with an automated assistant covering first replies outside working hours. Anything you type in chat is handled the same way as a quote request.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and service records for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can service the property we have worked on. Pesticide application records are kept for the period New Jersey law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices

- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Opt out of text messages by replying STOP, or out of emails using the unsubscribe link.

Children
