Botti Home Services started on the building side, with 20 years of master tradesman work around North Jersey. The lawn, plant and pest side grew out of it. This page is the house side: painting, decks, fences and repairs, done by the same family company that handles the yard.
Everything here is the work that a property needs done every few years and that most people put off because finding a reliable person for a two day job is harder than finding one for a two month job. Because the same company is already on the property for the lawn, it gets done on the same schedule and the same bill.

Painting
Exterior painting is mostly preparation. Washing, scraping, priming bare wood, caulking the gaps, then two coats of a paint that will hold up to a New Jersey winter. Interior painting is clean edges, furniture covered and moved back, and a room you can use the next day. Trim, doors, ceilings and cabinets included.
Decks
A deck washed, brightened and sealed every two to three years lasts decades. One left alone greys, splinters and rots at the ledger. Daniel cleans it, replaces the boards that have gone, tightens what has loosened, and stains or seals it. If the deck is past saving he will say so and quote a rebuild rather than stain over rot.
Fences
Cedar privacy, split rail, picket and vinyl, set on posts sunk below the frost line so they are still straight in ten years. Gates that actually latch. Deer fencing for the vegetable garden, which on a Somerset Hills property is not optional.
Small repairs
The loose railing, the rotted trim board, the door that does not close, the screen that needs replacing. The list every house has. It gets handled on a visit when the crew is already there for something else, which is usually the only way it ever gets done.
The house side goes on the same quote as the pressure washing, the landscaping and the lawn. We walk the property with you and quote it after we have seen it.
