These terms cover your use of bottihomes.com and the services provided by Botti Lawn Care LLC, doing business as Botti Home Services. By requesting a quote or using our service you agree to them.

Botti Home Services SMS messaging terms

Program name and description

Botti Home Services Customer Care Messaging. When you opt in, you may receive text messages relating to your property and your service: replies to a quote you requested, appointment confirmations and reminders, notice that the crew is on the way, notice when a treated lawn is safe to walk on, updates about work performed at your property, and requests for feedback on completed work.

If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive occasional texts about seasonal offers, discounts and service updates.

Message frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on how often your property is serviced and what work is underway.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Contact your wireless provider for details of your plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will no longer receive messages from us. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your service and does not stop us contacting you by phone or email about work at your property.

How to rejoin

If you opt out and later want to receive messages again, you can opt back in by signing up again through our quote form, or by replying START or UNSTOP to our number, and we will resume sending messages.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is never required in order to receive a quote or to book service. Consent boxes on our forms are never pre selected. You choose to tick them.

Privacy

For privacy related inquiries, please refer to our privacy policy: bottihomes.com/privacy-policy/. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Industry standards

This messaging program is operated in accordance with CTIA messaging principles and best practices and with applicable carrier requirements.

Legal compliance

We operate this messaging program in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and other applicable federal and state law. Messages are sent between 8am and 9pm in the recipient local time.

Services

We provide a monthly pest control plan, lawn care, fertilization, weed control, aeration and overseeding, soil testing, winterization, tick and mosquito control, perimeter pest and rodent control, plant and shrub care, landscaping, pressure washing, painting, deck staining, fencing and small carpentry to residential properties in Bernardsville, New Jersey and the surrounding towns.

Quotes and pricing

A quote request or an offer claim through this website is a request for service, not a booking. The pest plan price is as published on the plan page for a standard residential property and are confirmed by text before the first visit. Everything else is priced on its own after we have seen the property, and pricing is confirmed before any work begins. There are no hidden fees.

Scheduling and access

You are responsible for providing safe access to the areas being serviced. Where a gate code, key or pet arrangement is required, you agree to tell us in advance. Outdoor work depends on weather and season, and if we cannot complete a scheduled visit we will contact you to reschedule.

Lawn and pest applications

Lawn weed and insect applications and pest treatments are performed by or under a New Jersey licensed pesticide applicator. We will tell you when a treated area is safe for people and pets, and you agree to keep them off it until then.

Plans and recurring service

The pest control plan is billed monthly and run month to month. Other recurring visits run for the season described in your quote. You can pause or cancel with notice before your next scheduled visit. Work already performed is billed as quoted.

Payment

Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. We do not take card payments through this website.

Limits on our responsibility

We take care with your property. We are not responsible for pre existing conditions, for damage caused by plants, turf or equipment that were already failing, or for conditions we identified in writing and were not authorized to address. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
