What does $80 a month cover?
The outside of the house every quarter, four visits a year, along the foundation, door and window lines and the deck and porch edges, for ants, spiders, wasps and stink bugs. Plus the tick and mosquito barrier from April through October, about every three weeks, on the yard perimeter and the shaded areas where ticks and mosquitoes live. Seven barrier treatments a season.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month. Cancel before your next visit and that is it. The plan just keeps the property on our schedule so nothing gets missed.
What if the bugs come back between visits?
Text us and we come back. That is what the plan is for.
Do you do mice too?
Yes. Rodent control is separate because every house is different, but plan members get it at a member rate. Fall is when mice move in, so ask early.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Applications are made by a New Jersey licensed pesticide applicator, targeted to the perimeter and harborage areas, and you get a text when the yard is safe to walk on. Ask us about any product and we will tell you exactly what it is.
